As Branch Manager, you will lead a team of Store Managers to drive profitable sales. Reporting to the Regional Director for Store Operations, you will plan strategies and tactics for consistent implementation to deliver results through teams of engaged associates. Your background includes multi-unit retail management experience with a focus on consistency in execution and delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

What you will do in this role…

Lead and direct a team of Store Managers

Build and develop a team of engaged and results-driven Store Managers, focused on driving profitable sales
Identify development opportunities for leaders and associates within the district and provide training to enable performance for growth and career progression
Conduct regular talent reviews, build development & succession plans
Serve as a resource to provide expertise on key customer issues, store standards, and other operational issues

Deliver Financial Results

Achieve sales plan for the assigned district
Ensure payroll and other costs are controlled
Direct teams to minimize inventory shrinkage; analyze results to identify root causes and take action to maintain inventory integrity throughout the district
Identify opportunities in product mix to maximize profitable sales

Qualifications

And your qualifications include…

3+ years’ experience in retail
Post-secondary education in a business-related field
